The 4th International African Congress
We are pleased to announce that our think tank has become a patron of the 4th International African Congress, which will take place in Toruń, Poland, on 24–26 February 2027.

This edition of the Congress will be held under the theme “Between Heritage and Change: African Societies in the 21st Century.”
The International African Congress provides a platform for academics, experts and practitioners working on contemporary Africa and its role in a rapidly changing international environment. The Think Tank’s Panel: North Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia
As part of the Congress, EastBridge Think Lab will host its own expert panel in a hybrid format, focusing on geopolitics and the relations between North Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia.
The discussion will approach North Africa as part of a broader geopolitical space in which political, economic and social dynamics connecting Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia increasingly intersect.
The panel will address, among other topics, shifting geopolitical alignments, interregional cooperation, security, diplomacy and economic ties, as well as the growing importance of relations among countries of the Global South. The hybrid format will enable experts and participants to join the discussion both in person in Toruń and online.
